Where is DuraVie made?
DuraVie is made in China with the highest-quality, FDA-grade silicone. For nearly two years, we searched for a U.S. factory, but domestic manufacturers specialize in aerospace, medical, and automotive products. DuraVie didn’t fit their scope, and the cost would have been four times higher, making it unaffordable for most professionals.
After extensive research, we partnered with a factory that holds multiple international certifications (SGS, USAFDA, Japan TAS, French DGCCRF, EU LFGB, REACH, and ISO9001). Their standards meet or exceed U.S. safety and quality requirements, which ensures DuraVie is safe for clients, durable for professionals, and accessible in price.
By manufacturing abroad, we’re able to deliver a sustainable innovation without compromising quality, or putting it out of reach for the professionals who need it most.

How long will one DuraVie cover last?
With proper care, DuraVie is designed to last for years of professional use, replacing hundreds of towels or disposable covers. Longevity depends on mindful use and following cleaning recommendations.
What if my DuraVie gets damaged? DuraVie is highly durable, but mindful care is important. It’s designed to resist wax, oils, and nail products, and to easily wipe clean. However, permanent dyes, harsh chemicals, or sharp tools can damage the surface.
Normal wear from professional use is expected, but misuse may shorten the product’s life. If your cover becomes damaged despite proper care, please reach out to us directly. We stand behind our product and will work with you to find the best solution.
