Refund policy

Because DuraVie rests against the skin and is used in professional sanitation settings, used covers cannot be returned, for the safety of every customer.

Unused covers in their original, unopened condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, contact info@duravie.com. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to appear.

Defects

DuraVie is guaranteed against manufacturing defects in the silicone. If a cover arrives defective, contact info@duravie.com within 5 days of delivery for a replacement.

This guarantee does not cover damage from misuse, sharp or abrasive tools, cleaning methods outside the DuraVie Care Guide, or ordinary cosmetic wear that does not affect function. Following the Care Guide is required to keep the guarantee valid.
